Here is a list of all 407 Springer books released for free during the 2020 COVID-19 quarantine.

In the field of robotics these four books are available:

  • Robotics – Bruno Siciliano, Lorenzo Sciavicco, Luigi Villani, Giuseppe Oriolo
  • Robotics – Matjaž Mihelj, Tadej Bajd, Aleš Ude, Jadran Lenarčič, Aleš Stanovnik, Marko Munih, Jure Rejc, Sebastjan Šlajpah

If you want to explore more than these few ebooks, you can download all free publications using a simple Python script published on Github.

On Windows you have to download and install Python first. Then download all files from Github (green Clone or download button) and unzip it on your PC.

The last step is to run a CMD window in your download folder (Shift + Right mouse button) And type inside the terminal:

pip install -r requirements.txt

After successful installation of all necessary packages:

python main.py

The download process should start immediately:

All books (in PDF and EPUB) formats will be available in download subfolder:
